“I received a call from my property manager notifying me one of my tenants was without heat. This young lady is a single mother with a one year old daughter. She has no family in Evansville and had nowhere to go. She was forced to spend that night in the house with only a small electric heater I had in my basement. That afternoon Tim informed me the furnace was unsafe for use and could cause a fire. After explaining the situation my tenant was in, your company came through and had heat in the house the next night and completed the job approximately 36 hours after the initial service call. I know you are very busy and probably disrupted your schedule to take care of my problems. It is instances like this that make me a satisfied customer. Recently I called for service for my dated furnace and a/c. Surprisingly the lady that answered the phone worked with me to try a few things before sending a service technician to my home. She was trying to save me money right away! I tried her suggestions but nothing worked, so I called back. This time I spoke to a different customer service representative who was equally as friendly and assured me that a service technician would be at my home THAT day! The service technician was extremely polite and respectful of me and my home. He talked to me about everything he was doing and offered some suggestions. Although he got my unit up and running, he gave me a quote for a replacement. When my husband returned home, we discussed it and chose to call Ray’s to install a new furnace and a/c. The general manager was knowledgeable and professional and got us scheduled the same week! We are so pleased with Ray’s and recommend them to anyone whether they are having problems or not! Ray’s offers a maintenance program that keeps my family comfortable year round and I feel secure knowing I can count on them for my indoor air quality and comfort! As a side note, I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau and did not find what another review claimed to be bad. In fact, I found that they have an “A” rating with the BBB!
